1990 Chevy cavalier fuse blows every time I turn my defrost on

I have a 1990 Chevy cavalier and these past couple
days I've been having problems with my defrost
coming on no sooner then I go to turn it on the
fuse blows and I put a new one in the heat works
fine its just when you turn the defroster on the fuse
blows and I'm not sure why

It sounds like you have a short in the control. Might want to get a professional diagnosis and have the climate control replaced.
