Can i use 2000 cavalier parts on my 2005 cavalier

I have a 2000 cavalier and I need parts to fix my 2005 one.

Depends on what you need? They call the 1995 to 2005 the same "generation" but there were various changes throughout the years.

Speed sensor should be generic but the dash I don't know. If they look the same you have a chance. Hope someone else can chime in there. Good place to confirm part swapping would be to use an online parts look-up like rock auto. Look up the part under both years if its the same part number you are good to go.
