my Yukon is stuck on 4low

when I pushed the auto 4x4, all the lights on the buttons turned on and stopped at 4low. now we cant get it out of 4low.

Put the truck in neutral and try again. If that doesn't work, put the switch in 4 high or 2wd then put the truck in reverse and back up a foot or two. Should come out

My moms 2016 GMC Yukon xl is stuck in four wheel drive my father knows everything about vehicles and he does not know how to fix it. He has already tried two computers on it.

If all else fails remove the transfer case shift motor and manually shift it into 2 wheel drive you'll need like 3/4 inch socket and you'll now just have to manualy shift to 4wheel if you need to till you replace the transfer case shift motor. I just removed it completely since I never need 4wheel and don't have any issues at all. Im having the same issue. Again, i bought the box for the dash board where you push the button to change the drive its a easy fix pop off front dash board cover remove old box push in new box. Part cost about 50.00 at naps
