1990 chevy c1500 wont start

1990 chevy c1500 ran fine, went into store, now suddenly wont start. has a loose tilt
steering wheel and column. turn key and it just makes small click noise behind dash
behind dash. buzzer and stereo lights flicker. has brand new battery.

With the clicking noise I would say ignition switch or both with the loose steering column.
