Just replaced intake gaskets, everything is back
together exactly where it was, now it won’t idle to
stay running. What could possibly be out of sorts?

Vacuum leak. Check all hoses to make sure they're connected and check to make sure you didn't accidentally broke one, since they get brittle and break easily. Spay some quick start around the intake and see if you notice any difference in the idle to find out where the leak is.
