Okay I figured out exactly what the truck is......now the same question applies
look for a square somewhere near that pully for a ratchet or use a socket on the pully
the tensioner pressure is release by using a 3/8" ratchet or strong arm. Make sure you have enough room for when the belt is removed the ratchet can fully return to the open position.
or put a pipe on that ratchet.
