1995 chevy Silverado won't start until you pour fuel down the tbi

this week we installed a engine in a 95 chevy installed a brand new fuel pump
had it running which we found out it wasn't timed right we put engine at tdc
pulled distributor installed correctly got truck started. Read that we needed to
remove tan and black wire on the fire wall well make a long story short
disconnected wrong wire ended up doing the 4 wire plug on the distributor
wasn't able to get truck to restart unless you pour little gas down the tbi then
injectors would fire up. changed out the ignition module no fix changed out
the distributor no fix hooked up the old distributor and spun the shaft fast
injectors opened and sprayed fuel but if you spun it engine speed they
wouldn't open up like there was not enough power to open injectors. Even
swapped out ecm no change

All brand new what? It does start with a little gas through the tin then it runs on its own.

Well yeah that's why I'm asking questions due to out of ideas on why the injectors are not opening until gas is poured in the tbi
Did you ever figure this out?
My 350 TBI will start when it's cold but after warming up I have to pour gas in the TBI to make it start and it runs fine did you ever figure this out?
