Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi,
I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado 1500.
Just put in a new battery. Parked in garage for over a week. Turned key. No
lights, nothing. Any help, please. Starter ? Alternator ? Do I have to call AAA
to get it out or any other way to get it started ?

If you don't have a charged jump box to jump from then AAA is the only quick way to get it running, but it is obvious that you have a serious power draw that needs to be addressed or it will just keep happening, plus an alternator will burn out if it has to keep charging a dead battery. Tracing down a battery draw can get very frustrating and if your a novice it is best left to the professionals to track it down.

T-shoes, Thanks very much for your response . You are correct - I am a novice and don't want to screw up more than already is.
