Remove and clean battery terminals

First thought would be a battery. Next the connections to the starter and switch. If the starter is good, the computer system would be the next place to check. Time wise, it may be faster to take it to a repair shop that has equipment to check the system. Money wise do it yourself but it may take a lot of time to keep pulling parts and running them to a shop of stating. Have you tried to hot wire the starter to see if it turns over? If so, trace wiring. When you turn of the switch, does all the other lights radio and stuff work? May not be the switch. Since you changed the fuses, I'd still make sure the fuse box is good. Make sure there is power past the fuses. When trying to start the truck, are you getting power to the starter? Are there any noises at the starter? It also may be the starter solenoid. About a $10 to $20 fix. Follow the power until it stops.

Next time you try and jump vehicle if it does not start right away leave cables on for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and slightly rev vehicle that is jumping your vehicle then then try and start.
