put a early model 383 stroker in a 97 c-1500.How to wire up ignition system and start it with the ignition key.

I assume this engine has a carburetor? What type of ignition? You will probably need a stand alone controller for the automatic transmission.

Yes,it has a 650 Holley.I put a new HEI distributor in it.The rest is all factory setup.
