My truck is slipping over 30 mph started after I put it 4 wheel drive and it didn't want to come out of it. It's a 95 c2500 Silverado I'm not sure if it transfer case or a transmission problem

First thing I would do is check the Fluid Condition and Check for Metal Filings (Silver Metallic Color). Usually they make a Grinding Noise if it is going bad.

I would drain it out and inspect the Fluid just to make sure. It is not a bad idea to check your transfer case linkage if you have one.
