Steering on my 95 Buick Riviera

I'll be riding along in my car and sometimes
when I'm turning left the front end of the car
sway like an inch or two inch real quick I
don't know what's up with it

Sway bar links, sway bar bushings, tie rod ends... if you don't plan on doing the repair work yourself, then take it in to any shop. They'll diagnose and fix it. Make sure it's a shop that can do alignments.

Yeah I'm going to fix it myself I'm going to start with the sway bar links I've already ordered them and take it from there thanks

You should inspect all the front suspension mounting points. The engine sets in a Cradle, the cradle then bolts to the body, if you live in the rust belt, the mounting bolts sometime rust and break, also the front lower suspension mounts on the cradle.....if the cradle is flexing or moving it could cause the problem you have.
