i have a 1995 buick park avenue ultra and the super charger is now making a noise and was told it could be a belt inside of it%2C what do you think%3F

There is no belt inside the supercharger. If anything the noise you are hearing is probably the coupler inside the supercharger that is getting worn out and causing it to make noise. I did that coupler replacement, and it was a pretty simple job. It took about two hours start to finish. BE SURE to get the new lubricant. It stinks like dead fish, but use it.
