Replaced the Master cyclinder but it didn't solve the problem

My pt cruiser, when i use my air
conditioner or just when its really
hot outside my car is hard to shift
into 1st or 2nd gear, i have to force
it in gear sometimes, or shut car
off put it in gear then start it. It
runs perfect if its cool outside.. the
car don't  over heat.

Checked fluid level in the tranny? Also, the fluid needs to be changed every 30k miles.
