My heater isn't working.   The temperature gauge
stays at cold when the car goes over 45mph

It is very likely that your thermostat is stuck open. Generally speeking these are easy to replace and inexpensive.

I added more anti freeze to the radiator and bled it. Now it's getting warmer still not hot
