When I slow down to stop my 2007 bmw x3 feels like
it's pulling in the transmission. When slowing down...
but it shifts gears when speeding up just fine. But
when I slow down it starts to pull

TCM, dirty fluid, shift solenoids, transmission getting ready to fail. Find a transmission shop and have it checked before it goes out.

IMHO, when an automatic transmission downshifts, it's supposed to feel like it's pulling..... But if this feels unusual for your car, have a BMW transmission tech diagnose it. The car's AWD, so it could be a fault in any part of that system, not just the transmission.
