HELP!! 1994 Suburban won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My husband has already replaced the fuel module as well
as the fuel pump and now it still won't start.  Somebody
please help, tell us what the next step is

make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. what is liter size of engine? Is this a gasoline engine? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? I don't know what testing you've done? Engine cranking, do the fuel injectors spray gas? With tbi fuel injection, you can usually see injectors spray? Does the fuel pump run, will it make pressure? If your fully obd1 compliant and your check engine light works, you can check for some trouble codes. Note the diagram for fuel pump.
