I have already changed the flasher. It is located on a small bracket attached to the steering column. It is necessary to remove the lining under the dash and it was necessary for me to become a pretzel to fit in the space between the floor and the bottom of the dash even with the seat all the way back, You also need to have baby hands so they will fit in the space where the flasher sits among a spiderweb of wires. All this becomes the hard part of the operation especially when you are 80!
