Reviewed a 1997 Chevrolet Sedan FWD on Jan 28, 2012

Requires a lot of keep up. I've found other reviews that share these common problems: 1) factory head gaskets give out at low mileage - this is even a service bulletin, but not a recall; 2) combination blinker/high beam switch has to be replaced when it cancells out your brake lights - not a recall either; 3) rack and pinion is a recall - got fixed once, then later had to replace on my cost. Requires on a regular basis new brakes, shocks and O2 sensor. Otherwise, never left me stranded anywhere. Strong body, spacious trunk, models with bench seat can seat up to 6 passengers.

Reviewed a 1997 Chevrolet Sedan FWD on Jan 3, 2008

160k miles on it and it's still going strong.... only minor body rust after 10 years.... front drivers side seat is loose but still holding.....overall has been a good car...... great for avg size people.
