2007 Dodge Magnum Sxt start but not all the time

I have a 2007 Magnum sxt and my car will crank and start sometimes and other
times it acts like it has a dead key. Meaning like a key with no programmed key..
But when the car acts right you can  start it with no issue and sometimes this
will go on for days. But it only takes time the moment you shut it off nothing will
not turn over. So when this happens you can jump the starter relay which the
car turns over. But that's all it will do is turn over even with the key in the
cranked position the car will not start. And no its not the starter it's not the
battery  I've checked all fuses and relays. The weird thing that gets me is it will
not start when the key is in the on position spinning over. And yes I have
changed the ignition switch and pin. Pin was broken which still does not explain
why the car will not start.
