2007 dodge charger will not start. All light are on. Radio works. Lights on dash comes on. It will not turn over. What can it be?

Have you checked battery voltage or tried to jump start it? Might just be a battery issue. All because the lights come on don't mean there is enough power in battery to turn engine over. Also if auto make sure it's fully in park.

And try starting it in neutral. It could be the natural cut off switch.

I did a battery test and I tried to start in park and netural. I may have a bad starter..
