Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I tried to replace my oil pressure sensor. But it fell
behind the engine and I can’t find it. What should I
do? And can I drive without one installed?

Don't start the engine or try and drive. replace it with a new one.

Did you try a mirror and flash light to look on back-side of engine, to find the sensor? You angle the mirror then shine the flash light into mirror to look on back-side of engine. Did it fall on the ground? My thought, if you use a proper pipe plug or something in the hole where the sensor came from, proper thread and it snugged-up, didn't leak, it should be safe to drive. Otherwise don't drive it. I agree with other person, if you can't find the other sensor, get you another one.
