The coolant bottle is not filling.

I have a 07 tahoe and the resovuiar bottle is not filling.  The
coolant is running straight out. What could be the issue?

Running straight out onto the ground? You have a leak somewhere.

Remove the tank and inspect it for cracks. Hope that helps! Jim
