What does a "Focus Error" message mean on the radio screen of a 2007 Ford Freestar?

Asked by Mar 03, 2014 at 01:49 PM about the 2007 Ford Freestar SEL

Question type: General

The CD player has not been working well.  It stops and then will start again a few minutes later in the same place it stopped.  Now I am getting a message on the radio screen that states "Focus Error."  Does anyone know what this means?  I couldn't find anything in the owner's manual.

You need to go see your dealership about it or a Ford Mechanic. A lot of CD players are hooked in with the vehicles computer. You're mechanic will have to diagnose the problem.
