Radio not working, shuts off, can't turn off. Put fuse in will work 3 min then dies

Either the overload is in the radio or there is a short in the wiring.

Check the wiring harness for the radio, one of the wires might be short circuiting with the body of the car that is causing the fuse to blow off.
