2001 Saturn SC2. got oil in the spark plug tubes. Would that keep it from starting?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When it stopped running it sounded like it either had a fuel filter clogged or the spark was messing up. I changed fuel filter, didn't help I checked spark at the coil pack, seems ok to me. Also I have oil inside the plug tubes, would that keep it from running?
