I have a 1997 saturn 5 speed. After I stop at a red light and the light changes. I have to stomp on the gas pedal to get going. I have replaced the exhaust including the converter. I at a lost please

maintenane items plugs wire and spark
plugs, oil changes...... any help would be a

you know it could be your fuel filter could be clogged have you change your fuel filter lately additionally I had a bad throttle position sensor and that gave me while title I don't know if that's your issue or not but it could be playing games where doesn't want to respond and then there's another sensor but have you done a check up of your car's computer. With a scan tool and see if it has any codes of start there with those things I don't know dude
