I have a 97 sc2 coupe with a blown motor. Is there anyway a civic motor would fit? Please help.

Sure. Most civic motors would fit in there. Its up to you to figure out how to mount the thing, however.

Will a b18 bolt up to the tranny? Or will I need a civic tranny as well?

Nope, you're gonna need the Honduh transmission.

So if I do all that will the tranny bolt up the same as the Saturn tranny or do you have to map out a blot pattern to?

The honda transmission will bolt up to its matching honda motor. All you need to do after that is fab up some custom motor mounts, custom axles, custom fuel system, custom headlight fluid, etc.
