Could this be breaks, rotor or caliber?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I slow down/stopping my breaks make a grinding/roaring noise and
pulsates. I cannot see any ridges on the rotor but the tie has not been removed
as of yet. What could this be

Uhhh, it is brakes. You have a brake issue. Look at the brake pad material thickness and the inner and outer surface of the rotors.
