Why is my car going into limp mode after 30mp?

My moms car read codes 700 882 and weve had two mechanics lookbat aread
sending alot of money only for the problem to remain th same its gets stuck in
limp mode somebody please help me

My 96 Dodge I was driving it down the road and it died on me check the fuel pump is working but now the truck doesn’t get any farther to spotless what should I do
