Car wont move even in drive or cant be pushed in neutral on my 95 chevy lumina what can i do to fix the problem

I have check electrical wiring to
transmission but everything
seems fine

Sounds like the transmission linkage or cable has come loose. What's actually happening is the transmission is staying in Park even though you're moving the shifter. HTH. -Jim

I checked the cable n it does go in gear n can feel the transmission engauge but it wont move

Have you checked the emergency brake? If it's stuck on that can cause it not to move as well because the rear wheels could be locked. HTH. -Jim
