Asked by Oct 14, 2009 at 07:47 PM about the 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe 4 Dr LT 4WD SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

People tell me it might be a short in the circut. Maybe someone knows how to fix it with out paying $500 or more.

It goes away after a while but sometimes it stays on the whole trip. Sometime i just click to the left and click back to the center and it goes away...

please help...thanks

hmmm sounds like you need a new switch... have you tried pulling the steering column apart and looking at it?
