I ran out of gas in my Cadillac 07 CTS and now I put gas in and I can't start it

Sometimes from running out of fuel you burn up the fuel pump, or clogged the fuel lines with crud from the bottom of the tank. So the fuel filter needs to be replaced and injectors and fuel lines cleaned.
