Some makes and models you can just replace mirror glass. The new glass has a sticky backing. Is your old mirror glass broken? Do a web search and take a look. I've never replaced just a mirror glass, but, they do make just the glass.

I have a 1996 suburban with an issue that need help with. My truck idle find revs up find only when you put it in gear and want to go it wants to die you let off the paddle and it fin you step on the gas want to chock it has no power.
