13 O2 sensor or circuit. take it to a napa, autozone, or any part store and have them hook it up to a scanner tool and give you a reed out on the problem is the best way to do it. you can still drive it with a code 13 but your fuel mileage will go down.

A blinking light is a misfire, could be bad plugs, ignition module, plugs are fouled. You will need to get an old code reader to pin point the problem but this is the most common causes...
