how do you change turn signal lever in 1995 buick riviera

Start by removing the horn pad 2 star shape screws. Remove the two panels that covers the steering column. You need to obtain a steering wheel removal tool..(inexpensive) in which to pull the steering wheel..and then you should be able to remove and replace the turn signal handle.
