How do I replace a lower ball joint on a 2007 Ford Edge?

Asked by Aug 24, 2011 at 03:41 PM about the 2007 Ford Edge SEL AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had a bad Tie Rod so I replaced that this afternoon but there is still a little play in the wheel. It seems like the lower ball joint needs to be replaced. Do I need to replace the wntire lower arm or can I replace the ball joint?
