engine light on continualy and TC light on intermittent

Diagnastic center tryed to conect to ECU  to evaluate , but could not come in ?
my car has all options, must the ON STAR be on to go in to fel code data?

they should be able to connect to the ecu if one of your abs sensors is starting to fail it will send an intermittend signal an turn the tc light on

Than ks i will check those . Can the ckeck engine light be a problem with emission system like exaust sensor monted into the front pipe?

yes that is a heated 02 sensor that control air/fuel ratio
