Both rear Windows failed at the same time in my 2007 Commander

Asked by Aug 07, 2011 at 04:37 PM about the 2007 Jeep Commander Sport 4X4

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Both rear windows failed to operate at the same time.  I replaced the driver window control module thinking this would solve the problem, which it didn't.  Looked at all the fuses and found all seemed in good working order.  Thoughts or ideas anyone?

so both rear switches and master don't work? The BCM controls the functions for the windows try to call a dealer and see if there is a TSB to flash the BCM for this problem.
