How do you fix the third row head rest that is stuck up.....can't fold down the seat now.

Head rest is stuckup.  won't go down.  Shoved the lower seat back all the way and still won't go down

hi there where the metal rods go into the seat the plastic surround trim on one side should have a depress clip push that in whilst pushing the headrest down hope this helps :)
