It keeps high revving up and down after car is on 2006 hyundia accent

Check for a vacuum leak, and clean throttle body and Idle control valve of carbon. See if that helps.

put a diagnostic scanner on that...they are around 15 dollars each from Amazon~ the diagnostic port is within' three feet of the ignition switch~

Did the cleaning and replaced the actuator assy-idle speed problem still going and I'm about to hook it up to the PC now

Tom is right...that condition sounds like a vacuum leak~

RTV black was my staple for sealing (make-A-gasket) material....a few beads of this where it's whistlin' will cure this~

Checked the hoses all is good but I once I disconnect the idel air control problem stops
