my truck drives fine but all the sudden its like its not getting fuel it keeps bogging
out loose all power and the truck starts jerking, any tips on wat to do

You have to keep detailed records of everything; every fill up, So you know if your mileage is dropping. Keep maintenance log. You need clean air filter, clean gas filter. And check the back pressure on your catalytic converter. I cut mine off and welded a strait pipe in there. It tested 8 psi, I think it's supposed to be 5 or lower. If your going to keep this truck, and if it's made in japan, you should, Get on e-bay and find a shop manual. Doing your own up keep is very satisfying, and you know it's done right.
