I had a problem with the air intake / breather. The engine was wanting more air into the Fuel injection

I had my truck stall on me , and then I figured out my plug wires were running across the manifold

    My truck idles at 2500+ RPMS when I startup. Doesn't kick down after warm up. When I shift, or put in neutral, or, push in clutch, RPMS jump back up?? Seems to run ok, but engine is reved up
