How can I lift my truck in the front to prevent the

Best way in the cheap is go to pep boys and get spring spacers for 12 bucks. They have rubber ones and metal but they both work. You don’t even have to take the wheels off just jack it up so the tire is just off the ground to elongate the spring then put the spacers in and when you lower it back down it’s going to sit higher and they have different sizes that go from 1-3inch. Note: make sure you get Enough for both sides as they are usually sold per side and the fronts are different from the back. Backs are just leaf spring spacers (or blocks) and can be found right next to where the fronts are

Look for a leveling kit or use rationally sized tires.
