BMW 2006 X3 Dynamic headlamp replace with Normal Headlamp

Can I replace the expensive Dynamic Headlamps with the non Dynamic the
difference in price is huge like 4 times as much for the Dynamic. The Dynamic
do not work anymore and it is a flaw I would say and stay away from them.
