it makes a noise when I press the button so I can go up.it just makes the noise and doesn't even move.

95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening. my 1992 Honda accord lx died when I tried to restart it it just poped so I replaced the timing belt and while I was there I replaced the cam seal now it is back together but it wont start it gets plenty of gas but no fire what can I do to fix this 1 Answer
