I changed the starter and battery now my abs and brake light is coming on.

Get the codes read. No auto parts store has a computer to read those codes. The Actron abs scanner is different from the regular parts store scanner and the stores don't generally have them on the shelves. If the car has traction control it won't be a wheel speed sensor. My wife's car had those two lights on and it turned out to be an internal relay. A wheel speed sensor will trip the trac off light along with the abs.

Try getting your ABS to do some work. Drive on a loose gravel road and try slamming your brakes. Its sounds funny but I've seen it solve problems before. lol
