Are all GM 2.4L the same?
Asked by zokybe Feb 05, 2008 at 05:05 PM about the 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 Coupe FWD
Question type: Car Customization
I acquired a 2000 Cavalier z-24. The motor is done and the tranny slips out of gear. Can I use a 2.4L and a 5sp tranny out of a newer gm vehicle (grand am, HHR etc) with very low miles or are they different then the 2000 Cavalier engines?
Thanks
