What are the rule book does and don'ts? What do you have as far as performance parts? Lose more weight from the car.

Add a small turbo. Fab some exhaust tubes to make a turbo manifold from random exhaust pipe bends & thick header flange to fit your exhaust ports. Use a larger exhaust tube from turbo for an exhaust dump. Add a inline pop-off valve & intercooler, mount & use your stock throttle body. All this should double your hp. Consult a turbo expert & or a how-to turbocharge book.

Pop-off valve is a waste gate.
