water in gas

purchased gas about 10 gallons then drove about 40 miles , sat overnight drove the next   day a couple of miles , then next morning wouldn't start , could it be water in gas tank ?

It could be but more likely a mechanical or electrical problem. Does the truck turn over? If it does can you hear the fuel pump if you only turn the key to the run position?
